Kylie Fitzgerald MOT, OTR/L
Director of Occupational Therapy
Kylie Fitzgerald is our new Director of Occupational Therapy at Laughlin Children’s Center. Kylie earned her undergraduate degree in Communication Science from the University of Pittsburgh and her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from Chatham University. She has worked in pediatric occupational therapy for nine years in outpatient, early intervention, and school-based settings. She is a mother to two small children and enjoys volunteering as a member of the neighborhood North Museum of Play education committee. Kylie immediately felt “at home” at Laughlin Children’s Center; I am excited for this new opportunity to work with the community and families to empower children with skills to succeed!
Kaitlyn Caspero, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Katie is a licensed occupational therapist who has been working with children and their families for 5 years. Katie has worked outpatient pediatric clinics as well as with early intervention services. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University. She is certified in Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach for feeding therapy and is an Interactive Metronome provider. Katie has been at Laughlin Children’s Center since 2020.
Andrea Stauffer, MS, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Andrea is a licensed occupational therapist who has been working with children, adults, and their families for 5 years. Andrea has worked in a specialized school setting as well as with adults in their homes. She holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University and is certified in Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach for feeding therapy. Andrea has been at Laughlin Children’s Center since 2020.
