Dr. Emily Hudson, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapy Director
Dr. Emily Hudson has served as the Occupational Therapy Department Director since 2023. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, with a minor in Special Education, from Duquesne University. Emily has specialized training in Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) feeding therapy and pediatric pelvic health. She has experience working with children of all ages and abilities and is passionate about using engaging, play-based interventions to help each child reach their fullest potential.
Dr. Kristen Schulke, OTD, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Dr. Kristen Schulke is an Occupational Therapist with experience working with pediatric populations in a variety of settings, including outpatient centers and schools. She earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Slippery Rock University. Kristen is passionate about helping children and families achieve their goals through engaging, play-based interventions tailored to each child’s needs.
Leah Oman, MOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Leah Oman is an Occupational Therapist with extensive pediatric experience, working with children of all ages and abilities to help them reach their fullest potential through individualized, therapeutic activities. She earned her degrees from the University of Pittsburgh and is a Certified Neonatal Therapist (CNT), with specialized experience in infant and child feeding disorders. Leah is passionate about partnering with families and empowering children through meaningful, play-based interventions that support growth, development, and long-term success.
Morganne Fair, MOT, OTR/L
Occupational Therapist
Morganne Fair is an Occupational Therapist with experience working with children across a variety of settings, ages, and abilities. She earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University. After spending several years on the West Coast, she is excited to return to the Pittsburgh area and be part of the Laughlin team. Morganne enjoys collaborating with families, solving real-life challenges, and helping children thrive in their everyday environments.
